Important Updates For Students, Parents, and Creditors

As you know, SAU experienced a financial crisis and ceased all classes and operations. SAU is engaged in a process to ascertain the assets (if any) it can liquidate for the benefit of students/parents seeking refunds as well as the claims of its creditors. We understand this is a stressful situation, we will provide more information as it becomes available.

Please feel free to contact Jason B. Burnett of GrayRobinson, P.A.: 904.598.9929, [email protected] in the interim.

The number one priority for St. Andrews is to protect our students investment in their education. We are engaged with a number of universities about transfer credits and have had an overwhelming amount of support in recent days. Below, we have listed the institutions who have expressed interest in supporting our students. Formal teach-out agreements are currently being agreed upon. We will share more information as it becomes available.

Teach-Out Agreements:

    • We are partnering with other schools to offer transfer options.

    • A list of partner institutions, admissions contacts, and available programs is posted on our website.

    • The list will be updated continuously — please check back often!

Transcripts – Important Instructions:

    • You can view your unofficial transcript now in the Student Portal.

    • WAIT until after final grades are posted (May 1) to request an official transcript.

    • Your new school will require an official copy — not an unofficial one.

    • You will always have access to your transcript, even after May 1.
