Military Bill of Rights

Yellow Ribbon Program

The Yellow Ribbon Program is designed to help students avoid up to 100 percent of their out-of-pocket tuition and fees associated with education programs that may exceed the Post 9/11 GI Bill tuition benefit. The recently enacted GI Bill funds tuition expenses at the highest public in-state tuition rate. By participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program, St. Andrews can provide qualified veterans tuition discounts. This allows veterans greater flexibility in choosing where to use their education benefits under the GI Bill.
