As we approach the middle of the semester, please be aware of the following reminders:
Important Academic Calendar Dates and Deadlines (residential and online students):
- Wednesday, October 16: Last day of Demi 1 and Session A.
- Thursday – Sunday, October 17-20: Fall Break – NO CLASSES, Cafeteria CLOSED.
- Monday, October 21:
- Mid-term grades for semester-long courses and final grades for Demi 1 and Session A due by 12:00 noon.
- First day of Demi 2 and Session B.
- Monday – Friday, October 28 – November 8: Academic Advising period for Advanced Registration for Spring 2025.
- Wednesday – Sunday, November 27 – December 1: Thanksgiving Break – NO CLASSES, Cafeteria CLOSED.
- Monday – Thursday, December 9 – 12: Final Exams (Demi 2, Session B, and semester-long courses). The Cafeteria CLOSED after the last meal on December 12.
- Monday, December 16, 2024 – January 3, 2025: Winter Session
- Tuesday, January 7, 2025: First day of Spring 2025 classes.
Final Exams (residential students)
- All classes will meet at their scheduled times during the examination period.
- No final examinations will be administered prior to the official examination period.
- Only in rare cases of genuine emergencies will exceptions be granted. If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting an exception, speak with your professor today and be prepared to provide appropriate documentation for the request.
