I hope you are doing well and settling into your dorm rooms. As we all share living space, its important that we work together to keep it clean and organized. One small but significant way to help is by breaking down cardboard boxes and disposing of them.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Break Down Boxes: Please make sure to flatten any cardboard boxes before discarding them. This helps save space in the trash cans and makes it easier for everyone to dispose of their waste.
- Take Them Outside: Once broken down, please take the boxes outside to the designated trash cans:

- Flat Halls – please take the cardboard boxes outside to the trashcans that are outside of your suite.
- Tall Halls – please take the cardboard boxes downstairs to the trashcans outside of your buildings. This ensures that our indoor trash bins don’t overflow and helps maintain a tidy environment for everyone.
By taking these simple steps, we can all contribute to a cleaner, more comfortable living space.
