Frederick McCoy, Jr. Medical Technology Business Leader Laurinburg, North Carolina – St. Andrews University, a branch of Webber International University, is proud to welcome R. Frederick McCoy, Jr. as he rejoins the Board of Trustees. Electing Mr. McCoy to the Board was a unanimous decision. Mr. McCoy says, “I’m happy to rejoin the Board.
