Pioneer College Caterers provides food service for St. Andrews University and has announced that a new food service director has been assigned to St. Andrews. Brian Oliver replaces Brian Johnson who was at St. Andrews for the past two years and was recently promoted to a district manager position in the Midwest for Pioneer. Mr. Oliver arrived July 1, having been with Pioneer at Campbellsville University (KY) since 2016.
