About the Presenter

Steve Clabaugh, CLU ChFC

Steve Clabaugh graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a major in Pastoral Training and a minor in Christian Education, initially preparing for a career in religious ministry. While working in prison ministry with Charles Colson’s Prison Fellowship, he discovered his passion for business through managing the organization’s operations. This led to a diverse career involving turnaround projects, new ventures, departmental restructures, and managing rapid growth across various industries.

Steve’s extensive experience in the life insurance industry includes roles as Life Insurance Agent, Sales Manager, Agency Manager, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and President/CEO. Known for his casual and relaxed presentation style, Steve focuses on developing skills and promoting the success of current and future leaders.
