What is our Community Block Party?

In an effort to engage with our local community, St. Andrews has introduced our first annual Back to School Block Party that celebrates the end of summer for families around Scotland County. We have teamed up with community leaders to provide unique events and comfortable atmosphere for the all age groups. The event will take place on August 19, 2023 at 3pm – 9 pm on St. Andrews Campus in Laurinburg. 

Event Details

  • Live music from several different genres, including country, jazz, and bluegrass.
  • Campus Open House for families to explore different SAU facilities
  • Food Trucks from the best mobile restaurants around
  • Beer will be available for purchase on site for those who are of age

  • Antique Car Show featuring old fashioned and classic cars
