Sandhills Financial Aid

We are known for our academic excellence, the quality of its faculty and students, and the lifelong opportunities afforded through our programs. After evaluating these attributes, many prospective students recognize the benefit of investing in a St. Andrews education. At the same time, we recognize there may be some apprehension about college costs.

Every year we commit significant resources to meet student financial need.  In most cases students are eligible for state and federal funds to supplement the cost of education.

We are committed to assisting students meet their financial obligations to the institution. Admissions decisions are based on applicant academic and personal qualifications, not on ability to pay.  And, every year, financial aid is awarded to approximately 90% of students.

The goal of the Office of Financial Aid is to help students make their education affordable.  For more information, contact the Office of Financial Aid by phone at 910-277-5778. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday- Friday.

Cost of Attendance

We are committed to providing an exceptional education at a reasonable cost.  Studies show that a college education is one of the best investments one can make for their future.  Over a lifetime, the gap in earning potential between a high school diploma and a B.A. (or higher) is more than $1 million. Whatever short term sacrifices you make for a college education are more than repaid in the long term.

Annual charges for tuition and fees cover only a portion of overall costs, and remain at the lowest possible level consistent with the quality of our educational programs and overall financially responsible management.

Academic Year 2018-19 St. Andrews @ Sandhills Student charges are as follows:
TUITION                      $288 per credit hour
